No. NVQs are competence-based. While there may be some short knowledge tasks or reflective accounts, most evidence comes directly from your day-to-day role. We’ll help you present this clearly through documents, discussions, witness testimony, observations, or records you already use at work.
Absolutely. We help learners understand what IOSH looks for at TechIOSH, CertIOSH, and CMIOSH levels. Your mentor can support you in building competence that benefits both your qualification and your membership progression.
